Justin W was referred to a Veterans Business Representative after participation in resume workshops and several career coaching appointments with an Employment Advisor. The Veterans Business Representative enrolled him in the Lean Six Sigma certification program and helped Justin identify several companies with suitable job openings. He was subsequently hired as a PeopleSoft Financial Manager. The position required the Lean Six Sigma certification and provided a starting salary of $150,000.
