Educational Summits
This year, Georgia Labor Commissioner Mark Butler began hosting 12 regional business summits in the state of Georgia. The commissioner’s goal for these summits was to educate business owners and to update them to all of the changes happening in 2018. Each summit gave those owners an opportunity to learn about labor laws, practices, and even legislation that could be affecting their business.

Sixth Annual Career and Job Fair
State Representative Valencia Stovall in collaboration with the Georgia Department of Labor presents the 6th Annual Career & Job Fair. The Career & Job Fair event takes place at the Forest Park Recreation Center on September 20 and there is no cost to participate.
