Workforce Development Symposium

The South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce presents the 2018 Workforce Development Symposium on September 12 and 13 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in Columbia, SC Recruitment, training, and retention of qualified employees are frequently identified as issues impacting business growth in South Carolina. This year's Workforce Development Symposium will expand on 2017's offerings to include concurrent sessions that offer insight on innovative workforce development, best practices and resources that will help stakeholders build a strong talent pipeline.
